This was our first time here. I ordered a burger with fries and the all you can eat salad bar. My six year old son ordered the kids chicken tenders and fries. My son has high functioning autism and when the food came out it had little pieces of garnish all over it and my son needless to say freaked out. I asked the waitress if they could remake the meal without the shredded garnish and they were more than accommodating. She was so nice and didn't make a big deal about it. Very professional!! Would definitely come back here!!!

I really like Ruby Tuesday, but last week it failed for me big time. I got food poisoning. Not sure if it was the salad bar or my shrimp pasta. Given the choices it was probably the shrimp. Either way, soon after returning home I experienced severe diarrhea, nausea and then vomiting. I ate there Friday night and my entire weekend was ruined. I was so disappointed because I love their food and their cocktails, but I won't be going back there again now.

Stopped by for a quick bite and to watch Sunday Night Football. Place was not crowded at all. We sat in the bar and the food was okay. The problem was the service was terrible. If we wanted a bunch of employees standing around and talking - then they really hit the mark. If it wasn't for the coupon this would have been a fairly disappointing experience.

Service here is OK at best. Burger was undercooked (red). Salad bar was just OK. I had not been here in years and now I remember why. Manager was nice. The first few times we saw her we thought she was a bus girl. We were surprised to find out she was the manager. She needs to spend more time directing the staff and less time bussing tables.

Wow! I think it had been about 9 years since I've been to Ruby Tuesday. I remembered not liking it, for some dumb reason probably. I LOVED their salad buffet, it was so fresh and so clean. I ordered the burger sliders and the salad buffet. Perfect for lunch. I was a happy gal that day. =] I would like to return and get some other things from their menu, everything looked delish.

It's been several years since we've eaten at this Ruby Tuesday. We had a wonderful early Friday evening dinner here today. I used my birthday email offer of any free Hand-crafted burger. It is a very generous offer. I chose a burger with cheddar and bacon and 2 sides. It was a $13.50 meal. The burger was huge and cooked to my medium specification. They have excellent side dish choices. I chose onion rings and sliced tomatoes with a balsamic vinigarette. Service was excellent. I couldn't think of one thing to complain about. Recommended.

Horrible, Horrible place. Stay away. The place is old, dated, and just feels dirty. The food is way overpriced for what you get.

The hubby and I went for dinner yesterday. We waited 20 minutes and no one came by. The place was less than half full and there were servers everywhere. I couldn't get a single one to make eye contact. After 20 minutes we went to Olive Garden and had a great experience and stellar service.

Beyond disappointing. I joined my family here for Mother's Day 2014 & the customer service was awful. Normally I enjoy trips to this location: good prices + good food + decent customer service are what has kept me coming back to this location over the years, but after my Mother's Day experience I have no desire to come back. Perhaps they brought out the C squad management on Mother's Day and told them to study the weakest book of excuses for poor customer service. Our table of 5 started off with a shrimp fondue appetizer. It took a while and arrived congealed on top. We dug right in but asked for appetizer plates. By the time those plates arrived the waitress said she forgot one and when my Mom said "that's ok. We're almost done" the waitress took all the plates back! Pretty ignorant in my book. When we ordered our main entrees I pointed out that my Mom's strawberry lemonade still hadn't arrived and the waitress fed me an excuse that she had placed the order with the bar and they might be out of strawberries but they'd let her know. What? 10 minutes later a strawberry lemonade appeared. After waiting 40 minutes for our main entrees we asked our waitress - who never checked in to see if we needed drink refills, etc - how much longer & she blamed the hold up on her manager who she shared was personally manning all kitchen orders. What? We asked to speak with her manager and a ditzy lady appeared and unapologetically relayed that they had lots of large parties/a lot of orders come in at once and that our food was on its' way. She acted appalled that we even inquired. I could see my reflection in the salad bar mirror and I was frowning at this point. When the food finally arrived it was fine except for my husband's fried chicken strips and fries. They looked like they had been cooked and then reheated. The fries were hard as rocks and browner than my Dad's order of the same. A little later another manager asked how the food was and we told him it took forever. He was more apologetic than the first manager but claimed he personally went to the kitchen, rolled up his sleeves and helped cook to help with the delay. Not impressed. Isn't it normal for a restaurant to be busy on Mother's Day and don't they usually plan for increased parties? Isn't it your job to make people food within a reasonable time frame? Overall, this entire experience was pathetic and the grand finale was a long wait to get one take out box and the check. My husband and I were so frustrated we left our party who said we could Chase quick pay them later. The waitress offered us, at her manager's courtesy, one free dessert to share. I was so antsy to leave the place that my immediate reaction was "No thank you" to which the waitress immediately walked away and did not come back for some time. Now it's time for me to get down to their level of ignorance: Ain't nobody got time to wait this long for basic food service, Ruby Tuesday. Unacceptable.

I keep trying to give them opportunities but this time there was hair on the tongs at the salad bar. I asked the hostess to remove it and she merely took the tongs picked the hair off with her bare fingers and placed back in the dish. I walked out.

Hello, Ruby Tuesday.... Destination unknown, ruby ruby ruby ruby tues-day... No, I don't think I know any other "ruby" songs. So on to the actual review. Yep, it's a chain, which means consistency and perhaps a certain blandness. But here's what's good about this chain: they like vegetables. There's a decent-size, clean, fresh salad bar with good lettuce mixes, fresh-cut veggies (ooh, edamame) and some pasta salads. And sides include fresh tomatoes with balsamic, steamed green beans, broccoli, mashed cauliflower, asparagus and more. I find that refreshing. You can be my husband, and get a buffalo chicken sandwich, cheddar mashed potatoes and onion rings or you can be me and get two mini zucchini-patty sandwiches, mashed cauliflower and the salad bar. Veggies galore! Service was good although our server did seem stretched a bit thin. The food was tasty, and I am always glad to have alternatives to french fries and fried food. I Wish more restaurants offered tasty veggie sides.

Have been to this location three times since the location in Bloomingdale closed. Decent food for a chain. Good salad bar. Good service. A special they had was a $10 bottle of wine which was surprisingly good chardonnry. Good bang for the buck.

Ruby Tuesdays one of my family's favorite restraunts famous for their salad bar. We figured this would be a great pre Mother's Day dinner. I only have two complaints, one being the hostess. We walk in and no one is standing there waiting to greet us, so we wait. We wait for about 20 minutes and the line to be seated is out the door. The hostess finally shows up we say 3 in our party 2 adults 1 child. She then proceeds to do the registering in on her computer she then grabs 3 adult menus we politely tell her we have a kid in our party she than gives us a dirty look. She then seats us at literally the first table in the resteraunt we politely ask her if we can be in a table a little farther back out of the hussle and bussle of the crowd. She then replies that we can't sit in the back for some unknown reason. Very rude. The second complaint I have is for some reason everything was sticky, floor by the salad bar sticky, menus sticky, glasses sticky, u name it its sticky!! Otherwise than that the food was excellent, our waiter was excellent and came back to refill our drinks constantly. Overall 4 stars because the hostess experience wasn't that great.

Service was great. Ambiance very nice and warm feeling. Loved the 99 cents for upsizing the beer deal. Great selection of menu items. But, the food is average. My fiance's tilapia was undercooked and my burger was over cooked. The red onion on my burger tasted like it was the outside layer.

What can I say? I like Ruby Tuesday. My buddy and I come here almost monthly to watch a game and hang out. We're not quite regulars, but close enough. The food is decent and they do make an effort to have some healthy items on the menu. The salad bar is pretty large. I really like the tilapia and their burgers. The service is always fast and friendly. I will definitely return.

the food was exceptional, and I appreciated the freshness of most of their food and drinks. however, the service was slightly slow and scatter brained, I was unimpressed with the professionalism of the staff- many were loud and complacent. the atmosphere itself is outdated and dark. however, overall I give it 3 because the food was worth my time. the dessert however, is sub-par and tasted like it came out of a broken refrigerator.

We arrived at 5:15 on a Saturday evening. The man seating people acted totally flustered with everyone coming in the door and when we said party of 7 he acted like we were asking for his kidney. He said it would be a minute. The next group said party of 9 and he said 30 to 45 minutes. After we were seated the waiter took our drink orders. When he brought my drink and I went to take a drink my glass was all crusty feeling. When I grabbed the waiter and said I wanted a new glass because mine was dirty everyone else felt their glass then said the same thing. One even had a mouth print still on hers. Our waiter's response was that it will be a minute the whole stack of glasses are dirty. We all got the salad bar and it was a plate or two before we had a clean one to put our food on. It has been a while since I ate at a Tuesday's and I used to love their cheese fries. Now, they are made with a nasty cheese sauce that tastes like velveeta. My friend had to send her steak back because it had so much gristle she couldn't chew it enough to swallow it. We asked for separate bills and he brought them as one then messed mine up by adding someone's drink to mine. Also, the table arrangement is AWFUL they have too many tables in a small area. Only 1 person can fit down a walk way at a time and everyone sits almost on top of each other. It was very crowded and I don't blame the waiter for most of what I saw was wrong but to bring glasses you can feel are dirty. I will not be back.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I'm from California and the Ruby Tuesday that I go to is great. So I decided to take my pregnant wife here for dinner. We were seated and given menus. We waited 15 minutes and not one server came to our table. The place wasn't even busy. Three different servers walked by our table and no one asked if we been helped, or offered water. Sometimes I looked at a server as they walked by, showing that I need some help, Not even a smile. So we ended up leaving the restaurant hungry. Not once in my life have I ever done that. As I walked to the front to ask for a manager the hostess was not there. She was by the bar looking at her phone, why am I not surprise. Never coming to this location again. Truly the worst service ever.

I ordered to go and got "to go" quality food. The bacon cheeseburger with onions, mayo and tomato lacked ANY type of flavor. The fries tasted undercooked and the bun was stale and flat. The burger tasted like a frozen burger and not restaurant quality by any standards. I would have been better off going to White Castle. I will not waste 15 dollars there again.

I'm tempted to give this place 2 stars. The reason I picked 3 stars is because if I had gotten just the salad bar it would have been 4 stars. I got the salad bar and a burger. For $10 the burger was on the small side of what you would expect from this type of establishment. I asked for the burger to be done "medium" and it was clearly medium well, almost well done. If I had just wanted a burger, I would have been happier at Hardee's.

I came here later in the day and started with the salad bar. For 1.99 the deal is not bad, as many house salads are 4 bucks and only lettuce, however most of the vegetables looked liked they have been sitting there for the whole day and I have a feeling that they might reuse them for the next day. At any rate salad bar was like 3.5/5 just lacked freshness. They have long island for $5 but it doesn't have tequila but their Texas Tea is Long Island, really odd nonetheless not bad deal, almost as good as back in college. Food itself is regular and standard. It's about portions and not necessarily flavor. Though whatever small bread they give you before the meal is decent. Got a burger, wasn't impressed very simple. Service was good 4/5 granted I was only 1 of 2 people in the bar. Bartender was really sweet. Will I go back? Probably , but not rushing over. Might might for some coupons before I head out there.

Was at this restaurant last night and the staff and food was great. We use this as a meeting place and so there are usually about 20 women. The waitress was very accommodating and had help from the manager and staff when needed. They served all the food hot (my favorite) and every order was correct. The staff came by to make sure all were happy. The checks were separate as requested and correct per coupons. A great time was had by all. Thank you for the great job!! Kathy S.

We ate here over the weekend. It was OK nothing really to rave about. Service was average and they weren't even busy. The ribs were dry, other than that the meal was good.

So, I'm in the area for business and needed a place to eat dinner. After traveling down Butterfield Rd, there was an array of typical chain restaurants, but decided to head into Ruby Tuesday's. I sat at the bar and received very attentive service from the bartender, Lisa. She was very helpful in pointing out new selections on the menu and had an incredibly sweet demeanor. She made some great drinks and was genuinely engaged with all the patrons at the bar. I was extemeley happy with the great service I received and the food was pretty darn good, too.

Hubby and I love RT's! The salad bar is great, there is a large selection of dishes to choose from including a big range of healthy dishes. They love veggies here! We love their drink specials as well. It's a nice change from a typical greasy fat filled chain restaurant.

I just had the worst "Prime Burger" that I have ever eaten at this Ruby Tuesday! I was in the area and remembered that they have "Prime Burgers" so I thought I would stop in for a bite to eat. I ordered the Cheddar Broccoli Soup and a Prime Burger. The soup was good but the burger was tough and tasteless. I asked the waitress if she was sure that it was the "Prime Burger" that I was served. - she nodded and said that she could order me another one if I wanted. I told her to forget it. It was also served with fries. The fries tasted like they were fried in the oil that everything else was fried in and took on a "fish- like" flavor. As I left I noticed a Burger King nearby and thought to myself that I probably could have had a better burger from there. Surely the fries would have been better. My over-all thoughts on this place are as the song says "Good-bye Ruby Tuesday"! I won't be eating there again!

Wow I am so behind on my reviews!!! Still learning my new Windows 7 phone and sad there is no app for Yelp check in's! :( Ok here I go. I just LOVE Ruby Tuesday's and basically because I LOVE the salad bar! When I go it is for that salad bar and MAYBE a side dish. They have pretty good pot stickers. They have SO many toppings to pick from and for me being a picky eater it is great to have so many options. :) All you can eat is the best part of it. They are pretty good with refilling it and keeping it clean. They always have drinks specials too. BONUS! It was $5.00 day when I/we went so I ordered a yummy white wine sangria and my boyfriend ordered a Bloody Mary. He ordered one of the burgers which he said was good. We never really ever had anything terrible there which is why we have been fans of this Downers Grove location for a couple years now. Good service as well. Oh and it is never too packed so you can have great conversation and usually get the table/booth you request. I ALWAYS pick a booth over a table. The only thing I would change about this location is to not have the salad bar up front right when you walk in. It's kind of in the way of people coming and going. Ahhh yes I almost forgot the great rolls they brought us too try. They were cheddar biscuits I believe and they were tasty. Free warm rolls...SCORE!

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday for years, but I decided to go because I remembered a great salad bar. When I entered the restaurant, the manager was standing close to the foyer in the entryway to the dining room, and he was dealing with an unhappy customer. Right away, I thought twice about eating there since this customer was so unhappy, but I went against my gut feeling. I believe the manager should have asked the customer to move to a different area of the restaurant so an angry customer wasn't the first thing potential customers see as they enter the restaurant. As I headed to my seat, the hostess asked me and my party if we'd like a booth, and we said yes. She proceeded to head back to the hostess stand to get cleaning supplies and clean the table and seats. The area was full of crumbs, so I appreciated that. As I looked around, I noticed a lot of empty tables had a lot of crumbs and food on the seats, table top, and floor. Our server came to the table clearly frustrated. When we asked how she was doing, she responded by saying that she doesn't know who came to work tonight because the staff there was not acting like themselves. It was an unusual comment, and easily set the stage for this awkward server who was either very aloof or completely overwhelmed with her tables. She was absent minded, scatter brained, and flustered the entire time I was there. The food was unimpressive. I added the salad bar to my meal for $1.99 extra, which wasn't a bad price. Unfortunately, the vegetables at the salad bar were partially frozen, and there was no where to place the tongs used to pick up your lettuce, cucumbers, etc. when you were finished using them. There were separate tongs for each item, but the tongs were thrown back on the food, meaning the handles were laying in the food. Gross. I ordered a turkey burger, which was clearly a frozen patty, and received it on a dry bun. Our server did not come back to check on us until after we had our food for ten minutes, and I needed mustard and ketchup. By the time I got to eat, my burger was no longer hot. Two others in my party got burgers, the Bleu Burger, medium well, and a cheeseburger, well done. Our server mixed up the requests and presented the Bleu Burger well done and the cheeseburger medium well, which was more like medium. I had to ask for a refill of diet Coke, and once we got our bill, our server didn't come back to get it until after twenty minutes. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but not good either. I won't be returning.

In the midst of a heat wave and power outtage, my family of four took a chance at this Ruby Tuesday. We'd previously eatten at other Ruby Tuesdays and anticipated a pleasureable dining experience - we were wrong. We were initially seated in a small booth. We were crowded and when another group of four sat in the booth behing us, we could feel every movement the couple made in the seat directly behing us. It felt like we were in the back row of a crowded airlplane. The waiter, begrudgingly moved us to a full size booth. The restaurant was not crowded and the service was slow. Orders were not accurate and dishes were forgotten and had to be brought out later, after an extended wait. I had to bus our dirty dishes. The food at the salad bar was fresh and good. However, the salad plates were kept under a heat lamp, so obviously, they were not cold. We had to look through several salad bar plates to find those that were not dirty. Additionally, the floor by the salad bar was sticky. The atmosphere in this specific Ruby Tuesday was a concern. It was dirty and appeared not to be built with the same quality materials we've experienced at other Ruby Tuesday's. It seemed like a pre-fab construction. The air was damp and it did not feel like the air conditioning was working properly. Food quality varied. The salmon and chicken were tough and chewy. The tilapia and pasta were quite good. The spaghetti squash was excellent. All in all, there are many other eateries available and I would not return here.

My first time there. Party of 6 celebrating a birthday. New waiter..said it was his fourth day on the job but had worked for a different chain previously. Very personable and attentive. When we were seated another server was using our table to put dirty dishes on while she cleared her customer's table. Long story short...empty beverage glasses remained on the table throughout the meal....kithchen took a long time...my meal was served 5 minutes after the rest of our party. Atmosphere nothing special...salad bar right in the entry area. Food okay....good cheddar biscuits which despite being promised of their immediate arrival to our table when we placed our drink orders were served after we finished our appetizers. No plates were given to share appetizers either. I like the variety of the menu so I will probably return and give them another try.

I know, I know.... You're thinking that for someone who dislikes chain restaurants, I sure to do go a lot of them! Just one of the many hazards of life in suburbia, I guess. Anyhoo, I used one of Ruby Tuesday's coupons and got a real surprise: they've changed the menu without changing the salad bar which makes for an absolutely wonderful dining experience. Service was extra attentive and he even brought us extra biscuits (which, BTW, was much appreciated.) So if you haven't been to RT in a while, give it another try. Fresh food at affordable prices without the "chain" taste!

This place has a weird location in the corner of a parking lot... almost looks like an afterthought. Regardless i live right by here and wanted to try it out for the first time. Entering the restaurant it much resembled a chili's/tgif with all the 'flair' up on the wall. However this restaurant has a sports-bar feel with lots of wood paneling and everything on the wall is sports related. The biggest draw in my opinion is the cheap add-on for the all-you-can -eat salad bar. For $3 and change you can add a buffet salad bar to your meal. The Food: -------------- Very good. I ordered a Chicken Fresco, and it tasted great. Light but nice flavor and very fresh ingredients. Another person in our party ordered chicken quesadillas and a third ordered a chicken chili soup. They enjoyed their meal very much. There is a lot of seafood on this menu and of course Ruby Tuesdays very much advertises their burgers. Do note that portion sizes are a tad smaller than what you are used to elsewhere, even at the same price point. One way to easily fix this is to add the salad bar. The Service: ------------------ Great. We came at the tail-end of the dinner rush and had no problems what so ever. Our waitress was very quick with the beverage request, meal order and follow-ups throughout the dinner. Very pleasant overall. I can see myself coming back here to try another dish.

This has ended up being one of our (wife and I) favorite sit down restaurants. We visit at least once in 3 weeks. I usually have the ribeye which is usually cooked to perfection. My wife loves the crab cakes. Even our 13 month old girl loves this place! Their salad bar is to die for and a great bargain for the price. We dont drink alcohol and find the selection of non alcoholic drinks here to be awesome. Try the water melon fizz and the strawberry lemonade.

I really enjoy the Downers Grove location , we sit in the bar area and are treated like kings . The bar tender brings out the correct drinks as we are sitting down , he knows what we wish to order . Always on top of the refills . I really enjoy the salad bar , it is kept fresh and clean . They change it up from time to time . I joined their e-mail club and now get specials from time to time . It is not real expensive and the staff is grand .

Slow Sunday evening. Our party got watched by four members of the waitstaff as we ate our salads, seemingly since they were bored and had nothing to do. Meanwhile the two person booth next to our table sat dirty the entire time we were there (over an hour). Our waitress was attentive, and the food was nothing extraordinary, but better than a fast food restaurant. Still, they only give you those silly cups of ketchup rather than the whole darn bottle, which is strange since they claim to be so big on burgers. Burger was a little too pink for the medium-well I requested, but at least not still moo-ing. Grilled green beens were fresh and executed wonderfully, made for a great late summer snack with my meal. A plus is their better-than-average craft beer selection, when they have it fully in stock. At other RTs, I've sent the waitress running back and forth when I find out they don't have my choice in stock. Usually I will just say, "If you don't have any X, get me a Y," etc. At this one they actually had Abita Turbodog, so that made up for the otherwise ordinary food and experience.

My mil was in town for the week, so we ended up going to this Ruby Tuesday's twice this weekend. My oh my, we were not disappointed! Our food was fantastic and our servers were great! The second night specifically was the best. The manager noticed that our kids looked beat, and she had the server bring them out 2 servings of fries so they had something to snack on while we waited for our food, which was really thoughtful of her. Our server was on the ball, attentive but not smothering, and she was really sweet and friendly. We got the Smokehouse Burgers, plus the salad bar. The burger itself was fantastic! Cooked perfectly, with some sort of garlic mayo underneath--the garlic mayo makes the burger, I swear! It was the best burger I've had in a long time. And the salad bar was really fresh, and they kept it full. I love a salad bar with so many choices. All in all, we were really pleased with our visit on both occasions, and I will definitely be going back the ext time I get a burger craving! This has to be my favorite chain restaurant--we don't bother going to others, because their food isn't worth it.

Excellent service from our waitress Heather. Decent entrees (petite sirloin and the shellfish trio were both great) Vegetable sides were good, crisp and not overcooked. Fresh salad bar was great. Salad bar could be improved with fruit as well as veggies. I'll be back for dinner again.

The food is good, not great or anything. the salad bar is yummmy. Our waiter was pretty bad today, but we've had good waiters too. The portions are a bit small, so I suggest ordering the salad bar to go along with anything you order, since its unlimited.(and yummy)

Went here for lunch today with my boyfriend. It had been awhile. Our waiter was Ram (from what the check said). He was great; very attentive and never made us wait for anything. The food was just ok. I got the Ruby minis and salad bar with mashed potatoes and my boyfriend got the top sirloin with zucchini and fries. We both had Bloody Mary's to try and cure our hangovers. I love the low-fat balsamic dressing but I noticed the salad bar went sort of downhill since my last visit. Less options and very scarce. Also the pre-made pasta salads etc. looked crusted over as if they had been sitting out awhile. The mashed potatoes were good and the minis ok. My Boyfriend thought his steak was small, and the zucchini seemed burnt and cooked a couple of times. Fries were nothing special. His was definitely not worth $15. The Bloody Mary was good. A little on the plain side but that's how I like them personally. Check came out to like $38. Overall an ok experience but with the salad bar as it is now I don't know that I will feel the need to come back anytime soon.

Pretty overpriced, although the Cosmopolitan I ordered was better than average when I asked for an orange zest, although it's not really saying much as most places totally SUCK at making Cosmopolitans. As for the food, I ordered the 7oz. steak with a baked potato w/ butter. I bet that was absolutely the smallest steak I have ever eaten... looked more like four or five ounces. it was about the size of a cell phone. I didn't care for the price of $14 for such a tiny steak and a potato. It did taste good, but left me feeling like I should have felt more full considering the money I paid for it, and I asked for it medium and it cam back pretty well done. My boyfriend ordered the Bison Burger, he said he liked it, and would probably order it again, but this is my yelp review so I rate it a 2 out of five because of the small portion for the price. I had to actually give a piece of fat from my steak to my dog, Also, how does a small bone get into a sirloin steak? That's all.... ;)

My husband and I usually only go to Ruby Tuesday's when we are out of state and I need a salad, or in the Fox Valley Mall. We stopped here on the way home a few weeks ago when nothing at the Oakbrook Mall appealed to us. I was shocked that the interior was so much more bright, roomy and open - a big change from the FVM location that even now that smoking is gone, is stuffy and cramped feeling. The salad bar was the same, but fresher looking I personally think than other locations. Too bad they did away with the Raspberry Vinegarette

I am pretty impressed with Ruby Tuesday. The location is nice with good parking. It can be a bit crowded, but hey... that's what happens to good restaurants. My favorite is the Turkey Burger. I highly recommend it. Just make sure that you specify what type of fries you want. They brought my son some cheesy bacon fries. Didnt know they were going to do that. I go there pretty often as I really love the salad bar. They constantly refresh the veggies and stuff in the salad bar.

Sick of the same old places my family and I decided to go to Ruby Tuesday for a Change. Having not been to a Ruby tuesday in a couple of years we decided to give them another chance and see if they have changed since our last Visit. When we entered I was surprised at the size of the Salad bar. It is a nice size and had a good varity of things to choose from. Our waiter was very friendly and knew the menu well. If I was only rating service here I would give him five stars. I believe his name was Ryan. He was really good with drink refills and knew the menu well. He was also very friendly about all my special orders (I wanted cheddar cheese instead of american and ketchup and mustard instead of mayo). For dinner I went with the mini burgers and Salad bar. I really liked that the salad bar had a varity of different lettaces and things to put on your salad. I was however disappointed with the cheese. The cheese seemed to be old and tasted a bit on the stale stide. When my burgers came I couldn't believe how small the portion size was. I got two small burgers and the pattys were thin. Could they spare it. The mini burgers tasted ok but nothing special. Thank god they came with the salad bar because I would have been stopping at portillios on the way home. All and all Ruby Tuesday is ok when you want to go some place different. The food here is nothing special. Service however at this location was excelent.

I never thought twice of visiting this place before. But thanks to some friends who offered it as an idea we decided to go. I was first blown away by the beer options. I got a huge mug of Blue Moon for like $6. But then I discovered the ribs and appetizers. For the appetizers we had the Thai phoon shrimp and Shrimp fondue. Both were delicious though I wish they gave us a larger portion for the Thai phoon. For the ribs I had a full slab of Hog heaven which was essentially ribs covered in bacon. My Lord it was good. In addition I had a loaded baked potato and onion rings. All in all it was a delicious meal. A bit pricey but well worth it for a nice meal out with friends. And it was later in the evening when we went so service was great.

Do like their salad bar but sometimes the pickings are slim and it feels like the food has been there for a while. Service is standard. No complains really. Fairly clean but it doesn't seem to be too busy. Decent family restaurant but a bit overpriced for the quality of food. Tho, their burgers are phenomenal for whatever reason. Sat in the bar couple times. They have few tvs and great bartender Lisa. Shout outs to her for taking great care of us and providing us with a birthday treat. Casual Monday thru Thursday outing but not really a nice weekend dining restaurant. I'll leave those for oakbrook restaurants nearby.

Me and a friend visited this place after a very long period of absence from this branch. Place was clean, a bit slow, not too crowded and we were immediately seated and served. The orders were accurately made and the food was delicious and on point. While being seated we noticed several times a member of the staff...a very large lady I must say so just hovering around us and everytime she went around us, she kept bumping and pushing our chairs without any apology or excuse me or anything to the point I had to keep an eye on her and I see her approaching I had to pull my chair literally into the table and be proactive and say lemme get out of your way and she just kept walking...

Terrible!!! Disgusting!!!! Garbage!!! Dirty Place, dirty people, gross food. Why I chose to eat at Ruby Tuesday with the abundance of 5 star cuisine in Chicago complexes me. Now I'm done.

I had gave up on Ruby Tuesdays. My first experience wasn't so grand. It wasn't at this location. After years later. Yes years later I decide to give them another shot. Besides I had a 50% coupon so why not go for it. So after work I take myself and my son out to dinner. The minute that we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. The owner let us seat where ever we want. Awesome job The friendly waitress came right over to take our order. She was very pleasant and friendly. Overall great customer service awesome food and a nice enjoyable atmosphere. I faced my fears of this place. I will be back.
